Lynne Eodice
Lynne
is currently the Managing Editor of Double Exposure, the
online publication for Robert Farber’s Photoworkshop.com learning and photo sharing site. She is also the author of Photos
That Inspire, part of the Photo Workshop series of books
published by Wiley & Sons.
Lynne’s introduction to photography
occurred in 1988, when her husband gave her a 35mm SLR as an anniversary
gift. Formerly an art and behavioral science student in college,
her new creative outlet quickly became photography. To learn more
about it, Lynne read all the photography publications she could
get her hands on.
In 1991, she began attending photography classes
at night, and landed a job as photographer with a weekly newspaper,
Mid Valley News. She soon began writing feature stories for them
as well, and eventually got her work published in other local
newspapers, including The Walnut Independent, Pasadena Weekly,
Sierra Madre News and The Herald Tribune.
For eight years, Lynne was Feature Editor for Petersen’s Photographic. In addition to having articles and photos published in this magazine, her images have appeared in a popular instructional book called The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Photography, and she’s contributed stories to Rangefinder, Canon Insight and Family Photo magazines, and www.takegreatpictures.com, a photo community Website. She has marketed her stock photos through Index Stock Imagery in New York.
A native of southern California, Lynne currently lives in Altadena, California, with her husband, Dennis.
